ATHREE was called upon to construct a 5,500 sq. ft. retail building as well as creating a semi-recessed garbage disposal system (with the help of EarthBins), a parking lot, a patio area, and various sidewalks. The most important part of the Homestead Plaza revitalization was ensuring that businesses already in the plaza could operate smoothly. During the construction of the new building, ATHREE instituted proper traffic control and fencing, as well as relegated work hours to non-traditional hours to accommodate other businesses.

"A good plan was required to ensure that our construction operations did not disrupt the other tenants and customers in the plaza. Whether it was reconstruction of the acoustic wall or building the new Building C signs, fencing and traffic control were required to ensure a good construction experience for all parties. Work was often coordinated for after normal hours to ensure the plaza operation was maintained throughout the construction process. For Building C, the coordination of the precast panels and the required openings with the window and doors was key to maintaining the schedule required by the client. Production for precast panels and windows were released simultaneously saving several weeks worth of time."
